Culture Nature

We are delighted to share some exciting news about a new project we’ll be working on with Biddulph Library connecting people to nature.

Staffordshire Libraries and Art Service are partnering with Natural England and Libraries Connected on Culture Nature, a new national project to connect people to nature through their local libraries. They want communities to experience the benefits that come from spending time in nature and support nature recovery near to where they live.

OUTSIDE will be working with Biddulph Library to explore the potential use and benefits of the newly developed library garden in bringing people together and enhancing people’s health and wellbeing through nature connection.

Over the autumn, the library will be inviting local groups and individuals to take part and get connected to nature through a series of creative activities and events. Keep an eye OUTSIDE and Staffordshire Libraries social media channels to discover the amazing events we have planned!
