Heritage Open Days is a national event celebrating rarely seen, new and one off events shining the spotlight on heritage up and down the country. To celebrate and to get involved the Friends of the Nicholson team are hosting a day of walking tours around various special architectural sites in Leek and running family activity at Leek Butter Market.

Meet Debbie your brilliant guide at the OUTSIDE stall in Leek Butter Market at 10.50am. The tour will start at 11am for an hour of exploring some of Leek’s most impressive buildings and the stories behind them.

ACCESS: The walk will be taken at a steady pace and is designed for all ages. There are no steps on the walk but a number of the paths are cobbled.
